I think since it is 100% moderated by bethesda, combined with the fact that the game has a voiced protagonist making mods that add new quests are very hard to pull off. They should have started with a mini island mod with a settlement and a quest or two or something along those lines, then work their way up to bigger and better things as time goes on. Nope thanks I agree with that, cosmetic stuff is bound to be cheaper and there is bound to be more of it in the cc, but to start with nothing but cosmetic crap is lame. Just to have it said: im not against they concept of the CC itself, just how its done.
