Once this is done, choose Internet Explorer 9 from the User agent string drop-down list.
Under the Mode section, choose the Windows Phone option from the Browser profile drop-down list.
Alternatively you can also click Ctrl 8 simultaneously to go to the same interface. Once the developer options are visible at the bottom of the Internet Explorer interface, from the left section, click the Emulation option to go to the Emulationinterface. Once the interface opens up, press the F12 key on the keyboard to trigger the developer options that are integrated within the application.
